Drop Dead Red Evangeline Ghastly DOLL & OUTFIT used Tonner Wilde Phyn & Aero
Evangeline Ghastly Drop Dead Red doll + outfit + stand + box (& shipper). She’s been on display, out of the sunlight, in a non-smoking home with cats. When I got her (used) she had the. Wrong stand base, but it seems to work just fine. Her necklace is broken, and one tassel has come off the back, but I have the pieces (I don’t think they would be hard to repair, I just hadn’t gotten around to it yet). She comes with the stand, all her pieces, in her original box and shipper. This Evangeline comes from the dark era after Wilde Imagination shut down : but when the Tonner Phyn & Aero line released some Ellowyne and Evangeline dolls. So she’s VERY different from your regular Evangeline. She has the New RTB101 fashion body of hard plastic/vinyl with 15 points of articulation. I believe this is the same body as the Ellowyne released at this time. She will NOT FIT regular Evangeline outfits and her outfit won’t fit other regular (older) Evangeline dolls. She is quite gorgeous though. Pained blue/gray eyes, with painted lashes and hand-painted features. Her dark brown / black hair is rooted, and styled in a bun with lovely flower accents. She looks like a Spanish dancer! Gorgeous red velvet dress, with a matching lace shawl with tassels, matching velvet gauntlets with tassels, and red boots. Also a beaded necklace (broken) and headpiece (attached). Tonner Phyn & Aero. Ellowyne Wilde & Evangeline Ghastly dolls have features that are hand-painted and, like all good things, individual and unique! If you are particular about the placement of the eyes or the face makeup or minute factory defects, look at the pictures carefully, and feel free to ask me for extra pictures if you are concerned. PRICE DROP Giant 29 Tonner Betsy McCall redhead in Ahoy Matey outfit MINT
Here is a mint in box 29 Betsy McCall by Robert Tonner, wearing the Ahoy Matey outfit. She has red hair and blue eyes, sailor dress and hat, and matching white socks and red shoes. She has never been removed from her original box, which is clearly marked. She also has all the original packaging including hairnet, bubble wrap around hands, box tissue and booklets. Tonner only offered these for a short time and the Ahoy Matey outfit is rarely seen. I bought her when they came out but have no place to display her so I figured someone else would love her! These dolls are very well made and extremely true to the original large Betsy from the 1960’s.
