Here is a mint in box 29 Betsy McCall by Robert Tonner, wearing the Ahoy Matey outfit. She has red hair and blue eyes, sailor dress and hat, and matching white socks and red shoes. She has never been removed from her original box, which is clearly marked. She also has all the original packaging including hairnet, bubble wrap around hands, box tissue and booklets. Tonner only offered these for a short time and the Ahoy Matey outfit is rarely seen. I bought her when they came out but have no place to display her so I figured someone else would love her! These dolls are very well made and extremely true to the original large Betsy from the 1960’s.
