This item is Papillion 16 fashion doll outfit, from Robert Tonner’s 2002 Tyler Wentworth collection. The outfit is made to fit Tyler Wentworth sized 16 Tonner fashion dolls. The outfit has been displayed. PLEASE NOTE: The skirt is wrinkled and could use a good pressing (see photos), and the petticoat is open on one side (see photos). I’m not sure if the petticoat opening is a flaw or whether it was designed that way. The opening doesn’t alter the funchion of the garment, as the petticoat can be “fluffed” whether it is sewn together on the side or not.
