This is one of the earliest Robert Tonner’s. She was presented at the Modern Doll Convention that was held in Las Vegas in 2002. MODERN DOLL SPECIAL #KT9201. Kitty has been stored in her box and she was never removed from it. This set came with a Certificate of Authenticity that indicates that this set is was limited to 300. Tonner personally signed the COA. 10-inch brunette Kitty is wearing white underwear, hosiery, black heels. Earrings and a necklace. Plus, she comes with a “Tiny Kitty Collier” doll stand. She also comes with 2 outfits. A black 2-piece suit with a white collar and cuffs. This set includes a black purse, shoes, and a pink roses headpiece. A red gown with red heels. Also, there is a large white furry hat, white long gloves, a silver purse, and silver jewelry. The size of the. Is: 16 x 12 x 2 1/2 inches. WONDERFUL RARE TINY KITTY GIFT SET. As an adult collector, my dolls have been stored in a smoke-free, climate-controlled room in my house. Tiny Kitty is in. Condition as are her accessories and her box. Tonner Tyler Wentworth Weekend Retreat 16 Doll Outfit 20833 2000 NRFB
Tonner has long been known for designing high quality vinyl dolls, with a painstaking eye for detail. Their outfits are the highest quality in design, material and construction. Tyler Wentworth was their most popular 16 fashion doll and has an extensive collection of clothing and accessories made of premium materials such as silk, linen and cashmere. This is the “Weekend Retreat” outfit, 20833 released in 2000. It’s a cozy cold weather outfit with a warm red hooded peacoat with a belt and black trim. Underneath is a cream cable knit sweater and classic regular fit blue jeans. It’s accessorized by a houndstooth tote style bag, black ankle boots with socks and a pair of sunglasses. Outfit has never been removed from packaging. Clothing and accessories are complete and look clean and in new condition. Box has scuffs from storage. Some discoloration may be present on paper elements. Artificial materials or elastics may be weak or degraded from age and were not tested for their integrity.
