Robert Tonner Wizard of Oz Oz Gala Outfit NRFB VHTF 16 Rare
This Robert Tonner Wizard of Oz Oz Gala Outfit is a rare and highly sought-after. With a stunning pastel brocade gown and bolero encrusted with pearls, beads and sequins. The full length gown of pastel brocade is strapless with pearls, sequins and beads on an overlay of laces on brocade that is labor intensive with a bolero that is long sleeved to a point at the wrist and lined in white with a big standup ruffled collar, matching beaded head piece, matching big necklace, gold ribboned staff and gold sparkly high heeled pumps, pantyhose. The set is designed for a 16-inch fashion doll and is perfect for celebrations or special occasions. The item is an original, licensed from 2005. The outfit is from the Wizard of Oz franchise, never been removed from the original box which has a little shelf wear and is part of the Robert Tonner product line. NRFB box has little shelf wear.

Robert Tonner 16BRENDA STARR First Class Traveler Outfit NRFB VHTF
From Dale Messick’s Character Brenda Starr Reporter comic series in the newspaper depicting a 1940’s era, Robert Tonner designed Brenda Starr and her gorgeous clothes that are hard to find now and sought after. This one is a vintage designer style tailored suit jacket over a full silk maroon skirt to die for! The jacket is paneled beautifully in a tweedy grey and maroon with three buttons down the front and a little peplum at the waist, lined in white as is the full silk skirt, a dark grey full brimmed hat with maroon band, a maroon and grey clutch with matching suede like high heeled pumps with a grey bow, grey and red drop earrings. One of my favorite outfits recalling how well people dressed to travel back then. Original box has a little shelf wear.

Tonner GWTW 16 Belle Watling Doll Original Costume 2009 Limited Edition 500 No Box. Very Hard To Find. Face includes hand-painted details. 16? Bending wrist body. Strawberry blonde rooted saran hair. Copper satin gown with black lace and red flowers. Petticoat/hoopskirt, pantyhose and replaced earrings, necklace and shoes. Missing her full headpiece and original earrings and shoes. Doll comes without paper work, stand, box or shipper. Very good lightly displayed condition. Make-up in good condition. Hair in the original set. Joints are all tight. Costume is incomplete but in good condition. Marked on lower back. Please read the description and examine the photos – both are an important part of the description. Up for sale this week is a lovely 17 inch limited edition doll by Robert Toner. Rose is in her original box and does not appear to have ever been removed or even displayed. I listed her as “used” since she was pre-owned, but the doll appears pristine. The box shows wear on the outside edges, but it’s done its job of protecting the doll.
