Tyler Wentworth dolls are constructed of vinyl and hard plastic with rooted hair or wigs. Tonner Tyler Wentworth 1/4 Signature Style Redhead 16 Doll 99801 SIGNED
This is Tonner’s 16″ Tyler Wentworth doll, the flagship 16″ doll which ran until Tonner closed in 2018. Tonner was known for designing high quality vinyl dolls, with a painstaking eye for detail. She set the standard for other 16 fashion dolls, with articulated elbows and knees and a wardrobe full of luxury fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere. Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Signature Style” doll, released in 1999. It features Tyler in a simple white collared shirt (with leotard bottom) and a knee length black skirt. It’s accessorized by a faux leather belt, black heels and sunglasses. The doll’s hair is tidy and her clothing shows no signs of fading or damage. All pieces appear to be present. The box has some cosmetic damage to the surface from storage but is otherwise sturdy and in decent shape. Paper elements may have some discoloration. Some artificial materials or elastics might have degraded over time but were not tested. The doll was not undressed and may have imperfections underneath the clothes.

She set the standard for other 16 fashion dolls, with articulated elbows and knees and a wardrobe full of luxury fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere. Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Party of the Season” doll, released in 1999 as a limited edition of 2500 pieces. It features Tyler in a striped spring green formal ensemble with gold lace overlay and trim. It’s accessorized by a rhinestone brooch and necklace, and strappy gold heels. I don’t believe she has ever been displayed. The doll’s hair is well styled and her clothing shows no signs of fading or damage. All pieces appear to be present. The box has some cosmetic damage to the surface from storage but is otherwise sturdy and in decent shape. Paper elements may have some discoloration. Some artificial materials or elastics might have degraded over time but were not tested.

Tonner has long been known for designing high quality vinyl dolls, with a painstaking eye for detail. Their outfits are the highest quality in design, material and construction. Tyler Wentworth was their most popular 16 fashion doll and has an extensive collection of clothing and accessories made of premium materials such as silk, linen and cashmere. This is the “Sketchbook Savvy” outfit, TW9305 released in 2003 as a convention exclusive at the New York Toy Fair. It’s a limited edition of just 750 pieces. It’s a casual knit ensemble, consisting of an embroidered skirt, top and cardigan with black heeled sandals. It’s accessorized by a wide brimmed black hat, stockings and a Tyler Wentworth bag. Outfit has never been removed from packaging. Clothing and accessories are complete and look clean and in new condition. Box has scuffs from storage. Some discoloration may be present on paper elements. Artificial materials or elastics may be weak or degraded from age and were not tested for their integrity.

This is the “Embassy Dinner” Mei Li doll, released in 2002 as a limited edition of 2000 pieces. It features Mei Li in a brilliant green and gold brocade peekaboo back dress accessorized with a rhinestone studded belt, beaded necklace, and simple black shoes. She has a very stylish and timeless straight black bob and an elegant face makeup suitable for any occasion.
