Chairman of the Bored is a doll from the Ellowyne Wilde line. It was produced in 2010. She has painted blue eyes, brown hair, and is articulated at the elbow, wrist and knees. NOTE: the original boots for this outfit, as with some of these early Tonner textiles, the leather has cracked and the heel has broken as the glue has disintegrated. Due to the quality of the boots as they are currently, I have included a bonus pair of shoes that match in color with the outfit. Otherwise this doll is in like new condition and is beautiful.
