This is a Tonner outfit for the wicked witch in the Wizard of Oz. It also fits other Tyler-body Tonner dolls. This means the outfit was removed from the box tried on and set aside. The tights and earrings were never removed from the box until this post. I set it up as used, but in reality the item is new only it does not come with original packaging except for the tights and earrings. Comes from a smoke-free home.
