PRICE DROP Giant 29 Tonner Betsy McCall redhead in Ahoy Matey outfit MINT
Here is a mint in box 29 Betsy McCall by Robert Tonner, wearing the Ahoy Matey outfit. She has red hair and blue eyes, sailor dress and hat, and matching white socks and red shoes. She has never been removed from her original box, which is clearly marked. She also has all the original packaging including hairnet, bubble wrap around hands, box tissue and booklets. Tonner only offered these for a short time and the Ahoy Matey outfit is rarely seen. I bought her when they came out but have no place to display her so I figured someone else would love her! These dolls are very well made and extremely true to the original large Betsy from the 1960’s. Wilde Imagination 241-101 Evangeline PARNILLA GHASTLY Redhead Doll in Outfit MIB
This is an Evangeline Ghastly Friend Doll, called “Parnilla Ghastly”, item #241-101. The accessories are still stapled to the sides in their baggies, except the hat was removed… Hands still have plastic on them, but feet do not… I thinks he may have just been taken out to look her over. The dress has a spot here the raw-edge of the fabric is visible… I’m not sure if it is ripped or just un-tucked…. I think it’s just a factory error. You will receive exact item pictured. Tonner Peggy Harcourt Lunch On Park Redhead Doll & Matinee Luncheon Outfit Nrfb
The body especially the arms are likely to be stained from color transfer mainly on the arms. This dressed doll is absolutely one of my favorites by the Tonner Doll Company. This is a beautiful Peggy Harcourt dressed doll with copper hair. The Matinee Luncheon outfit fits tight, but is not too tight. I did have to pop the hands off to get the Matinee Luncheon dress on, and then snap the hands back into the socket as that dress was designed for a different body. Face Includes hand-painted details. Fine quality vinyl and hard plastic. Peggy Harcourt head sculpt. Brown painted eyes with applied eyelashes. Black twill suit jacket with light brown faux fur trim, golden buttons, and mauve satin ribbon. Black twill pencil skirt. Black twill hat with light brown faux fur trim. Mauve elbow length gloves. Mauve faux leather high heel pumps. 1: I consider boxes, liner and tissue as’free’ when purchasing a NRFB doll. While condition of these items are considered; it’s not factored into the cost of the doll and outfit. Gorgeous Tonner Redhead Crimped Hair Cami in a Breathtaking Franklin Mint Outfit
Pictured from my collection is the Rare Tonner Redhead Cami with long crimped, hair that falls beyond her tush. She is dressed in the a rare Franklin Mint outfit called the “Pride and Vanity” dressing gown set from Gone With the Wind. It is beautifully made and stunning. The set has a white corseted nightgown, hose and the amazing lined dressing gown in green velvet and gold satin with gold embellishment and beading down the front and on the sleeves. She also comes with her original two piece aqua suit and shoes. The shoes need gluing as they have been packaged for a long time and the glue has dried and the straps have separated. I have included some aqua leather ties if gluing back the original straps is difficult. She is an absolutely gorgeous doll and very hard to find. She does not have an original box but she will come with her doll stand and be carefully packaged for the collectible that she is.
