It is new, complete, never removed from box. Made by AtomicMisfit SIDESHOW TOYS in 2022. Outfit is made to fit the Tonner 16 inch RTB-101 doll body. Brown cardboard shipper is included, but; shipper is not mint because it had mailing labels on it. Item comes from non-smoking home.
