Labeled Original box w perfect paper in collectable condition. Complete with stand and TW portfolio and Chicago convention presentation Card. This ITEM was stored in a professional storage facility -undisturbed until now. No sun damage -no odors -smoke mildew or otherwise -no pets. “White House D inner” was supposed to be produced in an edition of 3000, but less than 1/3 (1000) were produced due to the factory running out of the beaded overlay material. Making her harder to find anymore sought after/ collectable. White House Dinner is a doll from the 2nd year of the Tyler Wentworth line. Presented July 18, In Chicago at the Hyatt Regency, Doll #20 during the United Federation of Doll Clubs “Sophistication 2000 Dinner”. The doll features Tyler Wentworth head. Tyler Original/BA body, Jewelery and accessories still in original packaging. All pictures are of the actual doll you will be receiving except for stock photo’s. Tyler wears a beautiful magenta silk gown with an intricate beaded black lace overlay and large bow at back of dress. Tonner Tyler Wentworth 1/4 Amethyste 16 Doll TM1302 2003
This is Tonner’s 16″ Tyler Wentworth doll, the flagship 16″ doll which ran until Tonner closed in 2018. Tonner was known for designing high quality vinyl dolls, with a painstaking eye for detail. She set the standard for other 16 fashion dolls, with articulated elbows and knees and a wardrobe full of luxury fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere. Other 16 doll outfits such as those by the Franklin Mint, All About Eve, or Madame Alexander’s Alex should also fit her body sculpt. This is the “Amethyste” doll, released in 2003 as a limited edition of 3000 pieces. It’s a part of the Theatre de La Mode line and features Tyler in a beautiful flowing silk charmeuse ball gown in royal purple, with a lilac and peach colored sash styled in a bow. It’s accessorized by pink gloves with matching sandals, and purple earrings. The doll’s hair is neat and tidy, her clothing shows no signs of damage or fading. All pieces appear to be present. The box is in excellent shape and has only very minor scuffs. Some artificial materials or elastics might have degraded over time but were not tested. Doll was not removed from box or undressed so may have some imperfections under her clothes.
