Carol is an exceptional early example from the American Models line, produced by Robert Tonner in 1996 as part of a limited edition run of only 750 pieces worldwide. This is doll #14-an ultra-rare early production piece from this highly coveted vintage collection. This stunning 20-inch masterpiece features the coveted American Model AA head sculpt with warm brown painted eyes accented with painted eyelashes and gorgeously rooted brunette hair. She showcases the signature articulation of the American Models line-articulated shoulders, hips, and neck with straight arms and legs finishing in high heel feet. Carol’s ensemble is absolutely elegant and refined: a luxurious pale pink ruched gown constructed with exquisite detail and movement. A matching pale pink silk bolero jacket draped gracefully over the shoulders adds timeless sophistication and Old Hollywood glamour.
