Tonner 8 Hearts and Flowers Doll Outfit MC8402 Tiny Ann Estelle Tiny Betsy McCall. Mary Engelbreit doll outfit ONLY, for Tonner 8 dolls Tiny Ann Estelle, Tiny Betsy McCall and Tiny Dru. 8 Hearts and Flowers is an outfit from the Mary Engelbreit line. The outfit was produced by Tonner in 2004. The outfit fits Tiny Betsy McCall body. The shoes fit flat feet. White with pink florals skirt, and bodice and pink trim red and white striped piping on each side of the pink. Red fuzzy faux suede shoes. Floral and heart bead headband. Box is in very good condition, some bends on clear part of the box at two corners.
