This is an outfit designed by Robert Tonner for his 16 Brenda Starr reporter from Dale Messicks comic strip from about the 1940’s character made in 2003 NRFB made of a sheer black fabric over black satiny bodice of incredible detail, Sheer long cuffed sleeves, drop shoulders and rushed satin all the way down to the knees where a generous ruffle begins, a rhinestone brooch on one shoulder, matches the earring and bracelet, sheer nude pantyhose, black scrappy high heels and to top it off a Chanel style wide brimmed hat! All in the original box that has some shelf wear.
