2002 ROBERT TONNER CONVENTION 8 TINY BETSY MCCALL PINK TRUNK, DOLL, WARDROBE. Up for sale is a 2002 Robert Tonner Convention 8 Tiny Betsy McCall pink trunk with contents. I believe that most of the outfits were from the convention, but the one with the hat is marked 2003. The doll is nice, and the clothing is all in crisp, clean condition. Robert Tonner 16BRENDA STARR First Class Traveler Outfit NRFB VHTF
From Dale Messick’s Character Brenda Starr Reporter comic series in the newspaper depicting a 1940’s era, Robert Tonner designed Brenda Starr and her gorgeous clothes that are hard to find now and sought after. This one is a vintage designer style tailored suit jacket over a full silk maroon skirt to die for! The jacket is paneled beautifully in a tweedy grey and maroon with three buttons down the front and a little peplum at the waist, lined in white as is the full silk skirt, a dark grey full brimmed hat with maroon band, a maroon and grey clutch with matching suede like high heeled pumps with a grey bow, grey and red drop earrings. One of my favorite outfits recalling how well people dressed to travel back then. Original box has a little shelf wear.

Rare and statuesque 19 Bailey doll designed by Robert Tonner in her original red box with hearts. She wears a striking black and yellow wool houndstooth cape jacket and dress. Nice stockings and black high heel shoes. She has long silky dark hair in a ponytail. Notice her pretty earrings. She has a yellow felt hat. She comes with a darling black rolling type suitcase with a handle that move up and down. It has realistic pockets with zippers. A few little added items in the case. Wonderful limited edition doll 130/500.

Robert Tonner Cynders Cinderella LE 500 Re-Imagination Doll 2008
Robert Tonner “Cynders” Cinderella LE 500 Re-Imagination Doll 2008. Overall, the doll is in great condition. She was only ever used as a display piece and never handled a lot or played with. She still has all her accessories and her stand. She comes with herself (the doll), her outfit, her necklace, her headpiece/headband, her tights, her gloves, her stand, and her shoes. She doesn’t have her original box. The stand does have some scratching on the shiny finish of the stand (this is due to the doll being moved on the stand and everything), but they are very hard to notice unless held up to the light. The heels of her tights have a small hole from the back of her shoes rubbing, but they are completely covered when you put her shoes on her. She does also have a small pin sized hole in her tights more towards her thigh area. Her shoes do seem to have some yellowing glue, and that seems to happen quite often with these types of shoes from Tonner. She doesn’t have any damage or staining.
