Face was lightened to match the paler body. Eyes in navy and sky blue. Shadows in taupe, vanilla and kohl. Glossy lips in melon and sand. Enhanced and painted chest. Given a mid part in brunette highlights. Washed, conditioned, cut, and styled. BIN includes dress and earrings. I’ve been repainting dolls for over 20 years and have been featured in Haute Doll and FDQ. My technique involves mixing layers of ultra thin paint with pastels. And each doll usually takes 3-4 days to complete the face alone. A dressed doll can take a week to a month to finish, depending on the difficulty!
