THE SOLUTION I HAVE COME UP WITH IS A THIN PIECE OF SCOTCH TAPE WRAPPED AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE POLE. I FOUND IT TO ACTUALLY BE QUITE STURDY.. REVIEW THE PHOTOS OF THE DOLL POLE AND HOW IT WILL BE COMING.. QUALITY CONTROL IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE I GUESS.. ACTUAL DOLL you will be receiving is shown above.
