This item is an Emerald Promenade outfit from Robert Tonner’s 2007 The Wizard of Oz collection. The dressed doll was a Limited Edition of 500. The outfit is made to fit Tyler Wentworth sized 16 Tonner fashion dolls. This outfit has been displayed. PLEASE NOTE: The dress could use a good pressing (see photos).
