A beautiful gown, the second in the group El Dorado. The gown is made of gold color taffeta, lined with light gold color china silk. The gown has a mermaid silhouette, made of six panels which I cut on bias to give the gown a better fit on the body and flare at the bottom. Under the hem line I attached gold color tulle with gold specs. The tulle is tightly gathered which gives the bottom of the dress a nice fullness. The top of the dress fashions a clean neckline which is decorated with hotfix small rhinestones. The dress is sleeveless. I got a pattern for a 50’s inspired outfit which has an opera coat. I decided that giving this dress an opera coat will be great. I made the coat from the same fabric as the dress, the collar has a short pile off white fur. The sleeves are decorated with hotfix rhinestones in various sizes. The dress comes with a pair of gold mesh tights, gold mesh opera gloves and the jewelry which consists of golden earrings. Doll and shoes are not included.
