Wilde Imagination Premier Original Resin Evangeline Ghastly with Outfit VGC
Resin Premiere Evangeline Ghastly. Beautiful Evangeline is in very good condition with absolutely no staining. She was the very first Evangeline doll made by Wilde Imagination and sculpted by Robert Tonner. Her complexion is a creamy ivory with a little shine here and there, and she has original blush on her cheeks. I have included a photo of her next to my other Premier resin which has retained more of her original color for the sake of comparison. Her lashes are excellent, as well as her lip color. The only flaws she has cosmetically are almost imperceptible, being a very slight rub to her right eyebrow and to the polish on the little finger of her right hand. I bought her bald and nude, so she does not have her original wig, but the one she is wearing is long and very nice. When I finally found an original outfit for her, it did not come with a parasol, so she has none. All the rest of her outfit is original to her however and in excellent condition. Her right hand has been loving repaired and her arms restrung by me, because the hook came out of her hand when I first attempted to put her outfit on her. I had to unstring her arms in order to get the connecting hook out of her forearm. I made the repair with resin glue several months ago and it is now secure. I have included pics to show the result, which turned out well; both her wrists are showing some wear. Her legs (but not her arms) are a little “kicky” as is the case with most original Evangelines. I have found that with her heels on, and her feet positioned to the rear of the Evangeline stands, her knees will remain straighter and it is not such a problem. You will know what you are getting and there will be no surprises. The doll in the pictures is the doll you will receive. I do not have the original packaging but will send her in a box and shipper made for the resin dolls, along with the usual pillows for protection.
