The boxed doll in the pictures is the exact doll you will receive; the first picture is after she was removed from the box (and put back); then there are promo shots; then I’ve included a picture of my personal doll so you can see what she looks like outside the box; and the pictures following that were taken before the doll was removed from the box. Note that the new Ellowyne don’t have poems (story cards). This new Ellowyne comes with a blonde saran wig (removable), classic painted blue eyes, and hand-painted features. Notes on the new Ellowyne. Her stand is height adjustable and will take some wriggling to get it all the way in the base; she has no painted nails; her face is new but she does match the original Ellowynes (NOT the Phynn & Aero line). Also, the new velcro dots (on the head, for the wig) don’t stay on very well so there’s a good chance you’ll have to glue them back on (or replace with a larger one so you can better use with other wigs). The Baby Doll Basic doll has the loveliest face, in any wig! Ellowyne Wilde & Evangeline Ghastly dolls have features that are hand-painted and, like all good things, individual and unique! If you are particular about the placement of the eyes or the face makeup or minute factory defects, look at the pictures carefully, and feel free to ask me for extra pictures if you are concerned. A very French looking ensemble for Ellowyne consisting of… A white hat, in a soft BOUCLE fabric with a white FEATHER and LACE embellishment. Top is a beautiful semi sheer blouse, lined through the bodylooks like CHANTILLY LACE with long puffed sleeves, the cuffs and dropped waist are finished with white Lacy embroidery. If that wasn’t French enough already… The high neck is trimmed in dainty LACE and accented with a small SILVER tone brooch. Finishing off the blouse at the dropped waist is a white CHIFFON sash tied in a bow. The white RAW SILK pants have straight legs, but the fabric is gathered/ rouche and there are concealed zippers on the sides that extend up to the knees for ease of dressing the doll. “BAROQUE’N DREAMS” is from the Robert Tonner Wilde Imagination line. She was released in 2009. Limited Edition: 1,000. 16 Ellowyne has painted eyes of green, brown hair in a delicate twist reminiscent of past hairstyles. Her body is is articulated at the elbow, wrist and knees. This outfit has the most amazing and intricate detailing. There is a leatherette long jacket lined in a purple iridescent fabric. The over shirt is velvet in a rich burnished gold color and ruched at the hem with ruffles. Snaps close the back. Underneath is a white and black print bodysuit with a ruffled neck that matches the ruffles at the wrists of the over shirt. It also snaps close in the back. The skirt is short and intricately embellished with beading, gold and purple embroidery over lace and satin. She is wearing sheer brown stockings and a pair of brown leatherette shoes with a gold bow accent. Sourced from worthpoint. Com. She has pretty serene expression, auburn hair and complete outfit with cape, shoes and other goodies in their original packaging. She is still tied into her original marked box with tissue intact.
