The gingerbread theme is continued on the smock in the form of cheerful images of gingerbread cookies, recipes, cookie jars and baskets. The outfit is completed by a red and black plaid headband, cream colored full length socks (not original to outfit) and black velour baby-doll shoes. Under garments not included. Included with this Making Gingerbread outfit is the 14 brunette Basic Betsy McCall doll (BMC 0001) as shown modeling the outfit. I believe this Basic Betsy McCall (BMC 0001) was produced ca 2000/2001. This vinyl doll is 5-way jointed with slightly bent arms and straight legs. The hair is styled in a shoulder length bob with bangs – does not appear to have ever been cut. The banding is tight and she holds a pose nicely. Condition: Used – Making Gingerbread Outfit – includes the Betsy McCall doll as shown – Outfit is in never laundered condition. Betsy doll’s box is not original to this doll.
