RARE The EFFANBEE “PATSY Dolls” “JACK AND JILL” by Tonner the set includes two 13-inch dolls in original boxes. These collectible toys feature red hair, bendable limbs, and removable clothes. The set includes characters Jack and Jill, along with a straw hat, outfits, bucket, undergarment, shoes, socks/tights, and figures. The “Jack ” doll has a fade mark on his leg from pants fabric. (See photos) His pants cover the mark. Each doll is signed by the Effanbee makers mark on the back, and they are made of durable vinyl and hard plastic materials. This original set is perfect for all occasions and is part of the Patsy Dolls series by Effanbee, suitable for children aged 5-7 years old.

The doll features Patsy 2 head, Ann Estelle body, Cameo skintone. The doll has inset eyes of blue-green color, applied eyelashes, wigged hair of blond color, straight arms, articulated at the knee legs, flat feet. Effanbee – Patsy – Patsy’s First Recital – Outfit. Patsy’s First Recital is an outfit from the Patsy line. The outfit was produced by Effanbee in 2012. The outfit fits Ann Estelle body. The shoes fit flat feet. This doll is absolutely stunning and the outfit its really hard to find.

The dolls are in their original packaging which has been opened, but they have never been played with or used. Tonner Effanbee All Dressed Up Patsy 10 Doll in original shipper box. The doll has platinum blonde hair. Her hair looks untouched as the hair net has been kept on her hair. She is wearing a white dress with purple flowers and the dress has yellow trim. To accent her cute dress, she is wearing yellow tights, she comes with purple shoes and a hat that matches her dress. The hat and her shoes have been kept in the plastic bags (I don’t think either one has been removed from the plastic). Patsy is articulated, has big green eyes and is 10 inches tall. The doll has been removed from the box but never displayed. She is in mint condition and has been kept in the original shipper box. All Dressed Up Patsy is an adorable doll and will make an excellent addition to your Doll Collection.
