Beautiful Effanbee doll Patsy’s Favorite Color. New doll never removed from box. 10 inch hard plastic and vinyl. Patsy’s Favorite Color doll has pale a non-removable blonde wig with bangs. Blue-gray inset eyes with applied lashes. Bend knee child’s body the same size similar to the later Ann Estelle dolls. She is wearing a ruffled purple dress, a white crocheted bolero with flower decorations and tie closure. Purple imitation leather Mary Jane-style shoes. And a purple hair bow. Limited edition of 300.
