You are purchasing a Tonner Wizard of Oz Basic Wicked Witch of the East, a 16 Fashion Doll, which appears to be in new condition though I have listed her as used as her ribbons were undone. The doll has dark red hair pulled into a sleek ponytail. Her face and nail paint is holding well. She is wearing a black lace negligee with nude lining and hose.
