Eyes in steel and Payne’s grey. Shadows in kohl, mauve, and steel. Glossy lips in hot coral. Enhanced and painted chest. Hair was taken down. It was then washed. Beaded earrings and necklace. I’ve been repainting dolls for over 20 years and have been featured in Haute Doll and FDQ. My technique involves mixing layers of ultra thin paint with pastels. And each doll usually takes 3-4 days to complete the face alone. A dressed doll can take a week to a month to finish, depending on the difficulty!
